Partner of MaguirePartners (MP), Tim Walker has responsibility for
all new development projects and for the positioning and marketing
of the firm's existing projects. He currently oversees over three
million square feet of the firm's development projects in severely
supply-constrained markets in Southern California and directs all
strategic planning and marketing efforts on behalf of the firm's 12
million square feet of existing office, retail and hotel space. Some
of the landmark properties are Library Tower, Gas Company Tower and
Wells Fargo Center in downtown Los Angeles. |
Steve
Soboroff has recently taken up the reinss as the new President of
Playa Vista. He has been the senior advisor to the Mayor of Los Angeles
as well as President of the Recreations & Parks Commission. He
has been Chairman of the Greater LA Big Brother and serves currently
on the Board of Directors. His is on the Boards of various organizations
include Hugh O'Brien Youth Foundation, Venice Family Clinic, LA!s
BEST After School Tutorial Program and is also part of the organizations
for Staples Center, Alameda Corridor and LA Zoo. He has also been
honored by Harvard Business School as Business Statesman of the Year.
