DREAM WORKS REVIEW A model of low-rise design and high-tech efficiency the
Dreamworks animation campus in Glendale is the ultimate in technical
development. Dreamworks has been extremely successful in recruiting talented and imaginative people who flourish in this creative environment. Free breakfast and lunch meals are offered and this is a valuable recruiting tool. The cost analysis shows that the extra -working time more than pays for the meals. People arrive on time and are encouraged to take coffee breaks. All of the tables seat either 4 or 6 people to enhance communication and creative thinking. Norman Murdoch, CoChair of the Economic/ Environment Committee helped organize this tour along with Mark Borko., Marian Harvey and Ed Casey. Co-chairpersons. |
